Continue working with Microsoft Outlook
The heart of our hosted mail platform, Zimbra has a rich yet intuitive AJAX powered web interface, but the server can also integrate with Microsoft Outlook so you can continue working using the same software you are used to. We provide a Zimbra connector package which adds an additional type of mailbox connection in Outlook and create a new profile for your new mailbox. Your original profile remains behind if you ever need to access it at a later date.

Our mail servers are located in an enterprise data center and operate on fault tolerant hardware with redundant and backup power sources. Connected by multiple internet access providers, your mailbox will be available when you need it. Migration
MxToolbox has patent pending technology which allows us to deliver mail to our hosted platform and your existing mailboxes simultaneously resulting in a smooth transition between services. This allows our clients to migrate individual users to their new mailboxes over time and creates the opportunity to run both services in parallel for a rollout period which can be used for training, data migration, and user adoption.
Blacklist Protection
When you purchase hosting those services include our email protection which
routes your outbound mail through our our gateway and we'll take responsibility
for getting it to the destination mail server. By doing so we eliminate the
threat from blacklists being able to cause mail delivery interruptions and
impacting your business.
