    I see that our server IP is listed in SPAMCANNIBAL. How do i remove the listing. Infact when I go to details for this listing I see this message

    no reverse DNS, MX host should have rDNS - RFC1912 2.1 

    But the reverse DNS is setup correctly for our server IP. Please suggest what might be the problem?

    Please let us know your domain, IP address etc and we will be able to confirm that your rDNS is configured correctly. Please send this information to support@mxtoolbox.com.
