Is there a minimum number of users to open an account?
20 Users (you can have less, but 20 is the smallest available license bundle).
Junk Mail applies to all users on your server.
Can we have some users on Junk Mail, others with Junk Mail / Emergency Mail and others on Managed Mail or Managed Mail Pro?
Yes. All of the above.
How much spam does FlexBox Junk Mail stop?
We stop almost all spam. If you currently get any spam, you will be happy with Junk Mail's performance.
Are all viruses stopped?
Yes. We stop all viruses within minutes of their discovery
Will Junk Mail help with our Blacklist Problem?
Yes. Junk Mail is a complete inbound AND outbound filtering solution that secures your entire email perimeter. Through proactive management of outbound email infrastructure, Junk Mail is able to solve most blacklist problems.
Does Junk Mail include mail spooling?
Yes. If your server goes down, all inbound email is spooled and queued for delivery once your server is back up and running. If you want your users to be able to send and receive email during an outage, add Emergency Mail to their accounts.
How long can we be in emergency mode?
For as long as you need to be.
What happens when our Server comes back up?
The mail is unspooled and sent to your server. If you have Emergency Mail, the mailbox automatically re-synchronizes with the mailbox on your server.
How quickly can I get setup on Junk Mail?
You can be setup in the time it takes for your MX Records to point to us (usually within 24 to 48 business hours).
