Is there a minimum number of users to open an account?

10 Users. But, if you have the minimum number of users on any other FlexBox Email Service, then the minimum is waived on all other services.

Can we have some users on Managed Mail and others on Managed Mail Pro?

Yes.

How much storage per mailbox?

25 Megabytes.

Can we add storage?

Yes. Extra storage is added in 1 GB increments and pooled across the entire account.

What are the Mail Client Connection Options?

POP3. If you would like IMAP or Contact/Calendar Synchronization, use Managed Mail Pro.

Can we connect to Outlook?

Yes, with POP3 settings. If you would like IMAP or Contact/Calendar Synchronization, use Managed Mail Pro.

Can we add email archiving to a Managed Mail User Account?

Does Managed Mail have Mobile Device Synchronization?

You can retrieve email with a Mobile Device via POP. Upgrade to a Managed Mail Pro account to synchronize email, contacts and calendars with your Windows, Palm, or Blackberry Device.
