Is there a minimum number of users to open a Managed Mail Pro account?

5 Users. But, if you have the minimum number of users on any other FlexBox Email Service, then the minimum is waived on all other services.

Can we have some users on Managed Mail Pro and others on Managed Mail?

Yes.

How much storage per mailbox?

100 Megabytes.

Can we add storage?

Yes. Extra storage is added in 1 GB increments and pooled across the entire account.

What are the Mail Client Connection Options?

IMAP for Email Only or Contact/Calendar Synchronization with Outlook

Can we synchronize with Outlook?

Yes, FlexBox Managed Mail Pro offers full synchronization with Outlook.

Can we add email archiving to a Managed Mail Pro User Account?
